Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature and with easy access to hiking trails, but the room was in the basement and not as comfortable as expected. The service was satisfactory, and the dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, the place is showing signs of aging but remains a cozy retreat.
The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, very close to Mt. Rainier, making it an excellent choice for exploring the Paradise area of Mount Rainier National Park. The rooms, though not the largest and featuring tricky narrow stairs, were quiet and had a comfortable bed. However, the absence of a microwave was a downside. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with a nice restaurant nearby and a decent complimentary breakfast. The provided mini Google Home added a fun touch to the stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and cozy, were in the basement and not on par with the rest of the facility. Toting luggage up a steep flight of stairs was tough, especially with a bad back. The room wasn’t as comfortable as expected, and the hotel seems to be showing signs of age.
